We stand behind the quality of our jewelry and want you to feel confident in every piece you wear. Within 15 days of purchase, if your item breaks, simply bring it back and we’ll reweld it — no questions asked. Additionally we offer one complimentary repair after purchase. Welcome to The Bracelet Boutique, LLC. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Custom Jewelry & Permanent Application
Due to the nature of permanent jewelry, all sales are final. We encourage customers to confirm sizing and design preferences before finalizing their purchase.
2. Repairs & Guarantee
We offer a 15-day guarantee on all jewelry. If your piece breaks within this period, we will reweld it at no cost. After the initial guarantee, we offer one complimentary repair per item. Additional repairs will be subject to a small service fee.
3. Special Requests
We will do our best to accommodate special requests for materials, but we cannot guarantee it. Send requests via our Contact Us page.
4. Cost Services
For all permanent jewelry services at a vendor event, payment is due at the time of customization. A $100 deposit is required to reserve a pop-up event (note this deposit is fully refundable upon successful completion of the event). Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
5. Privacy & Security
We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected during your visit or purchase is used solely to fulfill your order and communicate with you. We do not sell or share your information with third parties. For more details, please see our Privacy & Safety Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Bracelet Boutique, LLC is not liable for any allergic reactions, misuse, or damage caused by improper care of your jewelry. We recommend following our care instructions to maintain the quality and longevity of your piece.
